The Renewal Trust Business Centre
This Business Centre is based at Hawksworth Street, Sneinton, Nottingham. Hawksworth Street is a cul-de-sac on the north east side of Nottingham, within one mile of the City Centre and within a few metres of Carlton Road - a main route into Nottingham.
The original small single storey building has been extensively renovated and substantially extended into a two storey building housing twenty one high quality business units. Office units are available between 9.29 sq m (100 sq ft) and 32.5 sq m (350 sq ft) and are let under leases but alternative arrangements will be considered.
The Centre incorporates a tea bar facility on each floor, a toilet for the disabled and a lift. The Centre has a key pad entry phone system, with each unit separately alarmed and CCTV cameras monitor security. There are ten on-site car parking spaces, and free street parking adjacent to the Centre.
As with the John Folman Business Centre, this is operated by Hungerhill Trading Limited which is the trading arm of the Renewal Trust.
