This Business Centre is the second to be opened by the Renewal Trust and is based at Hawksworth Street, Sneinton, Nottingham. Hawksworth Street is a cul-de-sac on the north east side of Nottingham, within one mile of the City Centre and within a few metres of Carlton Road - a main route into Nottingham.

The original small single storey building housed a chiropractic clinic but has been extensively renovated and substantially extended into a two storey building housing twenty one high quality business units. Office units are available between 9.29 sq m (100 sq ft) and 32.5 sq m (350 sq ft) and are let on an 'easy in easy out' 28 day licence with a current rent of £7.00 per square ft per annum, excluding business rates which will be assessed.
