The Sycamore Business Centre

The Business Centre is conveniently based on Hungerhill Rd St Anns Nottingham and is part of the Sycamore Complex.

The Business Units are housed in a Victorian Building, a former school, and in 2000 the building was extensively modernized to provide 16 excellent business units. The units vary in size from 146 sq ft to 581 sq ft with the present monthly rental between £104.00 and £412.00. that is inclusive of non-domestic rates and heating, but exclusive of electricity with each unit being separately metered for that service. All the units are let under an 'easy in easy out' licence. The Centre has a keypad entry system and each unit is separately alarmed. The Centre is also fully accessible for people with disabilities.

The Business Centre is operated by Hungerhill Trading Limited which is the trading arm of the Renewal Trust. The Sycamore Complex Centre Manager is responsible for the day to day management of the Business Centre and is readily available for any assistance or advice. Business advice, if required, is available from the Renewal Trusts Business Advisor who is also available to consider request for Loans and Grants from residents of the Renewal Trust area.

Within the same building, but with an independent access, there is lower ground floor area of 2,203 sq ft that is presently divided into two offices. This area has it's own toilets, kitchen and storage area. This is most suitable to be let to one tenant (though could be divided), and the present rent is £1,285pm.
